Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order. We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after they ship. Some items ship from US warehouses and arrive sooner. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays and holidays.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days. You won't pay extra for this.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us through our Contact page and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it ships. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
